The success of Cross Country dell'Oasi 2026
On Sunday, 12 July, the 2026 edition of Cross Country dell’Oasi came to a close, marking a memorable day of sport, excitement, and shared experiences set against the stunning backdrop of Oasi Zegna.
For the second consecutive year, we were delighted to host the event, which served as Round 4 of the Italian Youth MTB Cup (Coppa Italia Giovanile) and attracted more than 320 young riders from across Italy. Competitors took on a technical and thrilling course that showcased the unique landscapes of Bielmonte, delivering exciting races across all categories.
At the end of the day, the regional team standings saw Valle d’Aosta claim first place, followed by Lombardy and Veneto.
We are also extremely proud of the performances of the riders from the Oasi Zegna National Mountain Bike School, who competed with determination and achieved excellent results in their respective categories:
- Samuel Gasparella – Under 15 (2nd-year Esordienti), representing the Piedmont Regional Team: 5th place
- Daniel Berlusconi – Under 15 (2nd-year Esordienti): 45th place
- Aurora Orrù – Under 17 Women (1st-year Allieve): 10th place
- Alessandro V. Garbaccio – Junior Men: 3rd place
